Round 2: Fuck it. Rules are meant to be broken. We are staying with the NBA. We are going back to a close game and close spread. We are taking the favorite this time. We are going with the Heat. They are just too good at home. The series is tied and I see the Heat rebounding here and winning these home games. I see this series going seven and the only way that happens is if the Heat win today. I just think Embiid and Harden do not have enough in the tank to win three in a row. Butler goes off. The role players on the Heat go off. And they cover. Even with Lowry out I think that gives them more motivation to play even harder. I think this is almost a rest spot for the sixers with them knowing they do not need to win this game. I know that is a crazy thing to say about a playoff game but it just seems like it will go seven. Heat get an early lead and keep it for the entire game and Sixers get content going home and winning in seven. This is a very ballzy spot and I like it. I need that excitement and adrenaline pumping for this game. It has to win. It needs to fucking win.
Possible Bias: I hate James Harden and I still think after all these years Embiid isn’t good enough and he will get injured tonight. I also hate Herro so it’s a lose lose situation.
