Lunch Break Lock

Record: 10-15-0 (-6.0 units)

Recap:

Loser. fucking shit. These are just losing fucking terribly. I can’t catch a break. I I know with stats you sometimes can’t play the results, but it fucking hurts. The results are fucking hurting. I know I have to battle through it and stand with the analytics and the data because it will prevail but man is it fucking hurting. He wasn’t even that good. I was about two batters short of this hitting. So of course we had somebody get caught stealing and we had two double plays. Unbelievable. The Reds just weren’t good enough. It hurts. I mean look at those stats. How could I not take it? I couldn’t get away from them. I guess I should’ve but I also know I have to fight with the stats. I can’t go against them. It’s going to turn around. It has to turn around. Fuck.

Lock: Sean Manaea U16.5 Outs 1u to win 0.9u

Groundbreaking Analysis:

I’m addicted to pitching outs. I’m addicted to the stats. This was the best bet on the board. Best bet statistically on the board. Manaea hasn’t been hitting this over since his injury this season. He’s only hit it once. Now he’s facing the Phillies in a critical game for the Mets. His leash is going to be short. They aren’t going to want to test his injury and they can’t afford to lose. Looking at the stats this bet makes perfect sense. A guy coming back from an injury who hasn’t been going long against the divisional arrival in a massive game. The Mets also crushed the Phillies yesterday and they didn’t have to go through a lot of their bullpen so their bullpen should be fresh today. The Phillies got crushed but they did start well and they’re going to start well again here against Sean. They’re going to get to him. He isn’t going to last a full five innings because that’s not the plan. The plane is the play a little bit and then pull him before he gets another injury before the playoff push. Give me this under. Under. Under. Under. For Underia 🏴
