Recap:

Winner. We get there again. It wasn’t easy but we did it. We go with a pitcher and we hit it perfectly. His hits line didn’t go under and the first five didn’t go under but we did. He was in there just enough for us to hit. He had a great first two innings. He was getting outs but he was also getting his pitch count up which helps get him out earlier. The third inning was a sweat because he kept giving up these bloops. What was really infuriating was that you could almost 100% predict his first pitch which was really scary. He kept pitching in the mid left of the strike zone on every single first pitch. I can’t believe nobody really got to one. He gave up one in the third because of the bloop so we were still alive but it wasn’t great. He then had a nice fourth but I knew it would be up to the fifth inning. He had a shaky and I mean a very shaky fifth. He struggled to get the last out after giving up a hit to Trout. Trout scored and that was because of Solers lucky as double that was just barely fair. So I had two outs with 2 ER and runner on second. We got so lucky and unlucky that Grissom got an infield single. Lucky that Soler’s slow ass couldn’t score but unlucky he got on. We just needed one of these dog shit bottom of the order hitters to just be shit and Meckler did just that. We got there again. A real sweat but a pick that was brilliant considering everything else failed. It was never going to be as easy as yesterday. We got there in five innings and we keep the fight alive.

Groundbreaking Analysis:

We are going in early. No shit it’s a pitcher prop. It’s a weekday which means we like the pitcher. We got a guy who has been pretty good this season. Rodriguez can pitch and he pitched lights out against the Pirates in his last outing. He has consistently stayed under this number this season. After hitting on earned runs yesterday why not again. Now the Pirates aren’t completely dog shit this year. I still don’t think they will hit well on Rodriguez. They had one spurt of runs yesterday and then they chocked and went cold in extras when they literally started with a runner on second. They have also not been starting off games well in their last 10. This is the play to keep going. This is the play to get more back. Give me this under.
