I should have known better that there would be 0 defense on the court. He just kept getting open layups it had no chance from the start. I was wrong in so many ways. It happens. Groundbreaking Analysis:
This is going to be a defensive game. These teams are going to focus more on defense and stopping each other than scoring. Few and Hurley both know that in order to win this game they have to come out defensively from the jump. I think both teams play slower than usual. UConn has only score 40+ in the 1h in one game this tourney. If they couldn’t do it against Iona and Saint Marys they won’t be able to against Gonzaga. They haven’t let a team put up 40 against them in the 1h as well. Gonzaga has put up 40 but that was against GCU and UConn is not GCU. They let UCLA get 40 but they played stellar defense in the second half and I think they start tonight how they left off. Simple. I have been terrible in the tournament but this is where it changes.
