Lunch Break Lock

Record: 63-54

Nobody Cares Now Recap:

Brutal. Bad pitching. Couldn’t keep that one run off the board. Of course it hits Sunday and of course it is an overall low scoring game. Oh well. That’s just how it goes sometimes.

Lock: Cubs/Reds NRFI

Groundbreaking Analysis:

Love this one. It is a heavier favorite but it is by far the best bet on the board. Two outstanding pitchers. Cubs are one of the worst 1st inning scoring teams. Reds are one of the worst first inning scoring teams on the road. Perfect matchup. These need to start clipping at a higher rate since they are so juiced. This is where it starts. I can feel a streak. Please send some PLP.

Unbiased Stats:

Stroman has shutout the first inning in 19/22 games this season

Abbott has shutout the first inning in 7/10 games this season

Cubs are averaging 0.39 runs in the first inning this season

Reds are averaging 0.40 runs in the first inning away this season
