Recap: Listen, that one was a winner. I don’t know why but I keep betting on these pitchers and they keep having these shaky starts. Buehler gave up a lot of hits but ended up shutting it down for 5 innings. Rodriguez was brutal as expected which helped. It was going smooth for most of the game. Last two innings were very shaky with two solo home runs making it much closer then I would have liked. Luckily that cheeky bastard Kimbrel came in and saved it in the 9th. Would have been such a bad beat to lose there with how the game went. Overall the game went exactly as expected. There was no way the Doyers were gonna lose that series. We continue to sail. Really all this is is a more expensive and riskier version of minesweeper. Just got to keep picking winners and avoid the bombs. Two more picks to go. Need this now.
Round 3: We stick with baseball. I am getting a little worried about consecutive baseball picks but whatever. Too many injuries in the MIA/PHI and PHO/DAL looks too close to choose a side tonight. I do not like the hockey matchups today. I was leaning on some but didn’t feel too confident betting on them. This game I like. I like it a lot. One team is hot. The other is just a shithole of a team. We are taking the Twins -1.5. Twins have been looking great. First in the AL Central. In order for them to make the playoffs they have to beat these shit teams. The Orioles are coming off a huge series win against the Red Sox and tonight they come out slow. The Orioles bullpen is rough and tonight’s pitcher does not look great. Wells is a loser and Paddack can pitch against bad teams. It’s just a simple play. Good team vs bad team. Only thing that I am worried about is the travel for the Twins but the Twins are that much better than the Orioles. I will be honest I like this game but I am still very worried about it in round three. But that’s what it’s all about. This has got to be a win. The Twins have to win. They better fucking win. We need to avoid another bomb.
