Dead. I mean not even close. I had higher hopes for these two defenses and they let me down. Both defenses were lost when it came to the passing game. They couldn’t defend the passing game for shit. Nebraska also passed the ball way more than I expected. It cost them in the end with the interception in the end zone and the absolute meltdown by Raiola in OT. That OT Raiola is what I expected him to look like for the entire game. I was getting no calls too. As per usual with these fucking unders it pulled me back in after a dead first half. Almost got a scoreless third quarter but then it was fucked. Overtime was going to fuck me no matter what. It seemed too easy and that’s why I stayed away from 2u but I couldn’t pass it up and I should have. If it looks too easy sometimes you have to stay away. Fuck. I still have a lot of weekend left.

I love this pick. I love how I got to this pick. I love it all. I looked at this game and I thought under but I found something even better. A boring ass BIG10 team under. Oregon State is going to step up on defense after what happened to them against Oregon. You can sort of hang your hat on losing to Oregon because they are one of the best teams in the country. You can’t hang your hat on getting blown out to a team that lost to MAC school the week before and is one of the biggest frauds in the country. Purdue is not going to be able to score in Corvallis at night. They are traveling to the West Coast, they are going to get stopped, and they also won’t have that many chances to score. Oregon State is going to run the damn football and that will give their defense life throughout the game and also take time away from Purdue. Look they got demolished by Oregon who is a phenomenal team and they are going to make some adjustments this week and stop a slow Purdue. I know it’s a new head coach in Corvallis but he was the DC last year and they are going to have that same style again this year. I looked at this total and asked myself could I see Oregon State get to 51 by themselves by running all over Purdue and I thought its possible.
