Loser. First bullshit loss of the year. So fucking sad. Absolutely heartbreaking. We were right there. We were one out away. Singer just couldn’t finish the job. All he had to do was get one out between two batter and couldn’t do it. We had 14 fucking outs. He let the steal happen which also may have cost us. We were right there. I almost had another nice and easy baseball win. He just had to fuck it. To be so close and have such a good first couple of innings really hurts. Especially since he was able to escape the fourth only giving up one. We just needed one more and he couldn’t do it. It is fucking brutal. It is brutal because we were right there. We were right fucking there. It hurts. It always hurts to lose and I hate it more than anything but it hurts even more when you are right there. Fuck. I am sorry.

It’s baseball. It’s always just baseball. I mean we have nothing else right now. It’s all we have. It hurts betting it after yesterday but we have to. I have Bibee here in a spot I love. He is at home. He is up against a team full of disappointments. A team that underperformed and is one of the worst teams in baseball. The Mets after the trade deadline aren’t going to show up here against Cleveland. Bibee has pitched well against this lineup. I don’t see this Mets team showing up with any sort of life. I like Bibee to get a couple clean innings and get us there. I like the spot. I like the stats. It’s that simple. No bullshit in baseball. I play it straight up here and win. Give it to me.
