Recap:
Winner. A fucking beauty. An absolute beauty of a basketball game. Defense all over the court. Bricks to start the game, and it was pacing the entire time. I never let up, though. I knew that with this total being so low, we’d have to sweat it out for the full forty. It wasn’t a walk in the park in the final minutes because the score was so tight. I almost got fouled to death. I don’t even know what I would have done if I lost this one. It was a perfect start and a perfect first half to lose. Then the second half started—and when you have an under, you’re never guaranteed a win with another half to go. Luckily, the first few minutes were perfect. Three minutes in, only three points had been scored. But then, things started picking up for a couple of minutes, and I got scared. Scared—even though just a minute earlier, the live total was sitting twenty points under the actual total. Then Houston took control again, and in the last five minutes, all we had to do was avoid disaster. But Tennessee? They were trying to fuck this. No class at the end, refusing to lose. They finally threw in the white towel, but damn, it was close. Final score: 119. The oddsmakers nailed the opening line, and I took full advantage of the movement. Winner. A double-unit winner. I shoved, and I loved it. Thank you Houston.

Groundbreaking Analysis:
I am an addict. I have a problem, and that problem is college basketball. I shouldn’t bet on this, but here I am. I don’t like the concept of The Crown, but I do love the scheduling. I wish the NIT was happening now. I wish I wasn’t forced to bet on this fake capitalist tourney over the NIT—but I have to, because I’m an addict. I am an addict, and whatever fulfills my high, no matter how fake it might be, I will bet on it. Looking at the schedule, I think this is the best bet on the board. We have Boise, a team that was right on the bubble, now coming off a three-week break. They should be locked in defensively and trying to prove a point. George Washington is solid. What I love about this matchup is the pace—both teams play slow as hell. Having bet on Boise in the conference tourney, I know they play slow as shit and really only try to shoot threes. That won’t change here. Both teams are intact—not gutted by the transfer portal—and I love that. I also love the long break. I think it’ll cause rust shooting the ball, but they’ll have the energy to play defense. This game will give us a good read on how competitive this tourney is and that means trying on defense. These are two teams hungry for success on any stage. I hate that I have a problem, but I love this fucking sport. Give me the under. Under. Under. Under. For Underia. 🏴
