I knew only one team could show up. The Reds got the runs and the Marlins couldn’t hit shit. It was so simple. Only a couple innings weren’t perfect. Outside of the 6th inning it was simple. I am taking the best bet on the board. When the best pitcher in baseball is on the mound you have to take it. It is that simple. Skubal is him. He is by far the best pitcher in baseball. He shoves like no other. He is up against not a terrible team but they are in shambles. They are on a road trip across the country so they should be exhausted and I don’t how they get up for this game after what happened last night. Woo was having a night and was pretty close to a no hitter and the Mariners still lost. They were up 6-0 heading into the 8th and lost the game. How do you get up for a game the next day after that against the best pitcher in baseball? They are going to be fucked.
