Oklahoma vs Kansas State Over 53 2u -109

Let’s keep the rally going after the Pickens win. This is the first line that stood out to me. The sixth sense of gambling is with this one. Then I put the time in and did the research and liked it even more. This game although I lean toward an easy Oklahoma cover seems a little too good to be true. The sharp money is on K State and the points as well which is why I stayed away. Historically these teams keep it close. I think it is close again and is a one possession game late with a lot of back and forth scoring. K State has made it clear during this week’s press conferences they have to be more aggressive and allow Martinez to be more risky down the field. I think this leads to some big K State plays and also helps OU get some turnovers and create shorter fields for their offense. K State and HC Klieman have played OU tight in the past and in order to keep it close they are going to need some big plays on offense. This is K State’s first game away from home so hopefully that sparks some sort of offense they didn’t have last week against Tulane.

This is one of those gambling situations where it just doesn’t make sense. K State looked terrible last week against Tulane and lost as 13 point favorites. Oklahoma looked phenomenal and blew out Nebraska while only being favored by 11. OU only being favored by 13 at home makes no sense. Vegas knows that K State knows how to score on Oklahoma. It could also mean K State has a great defense but I believe it will stop OU here and there but still OU will get 30+ with the talent they have.

The last time this matchup has gone under 53 points was in 2012. So how does it not go over that tomorrow?
