This is just a team of talent vs a mediocre at best team. We are going with the underperforming but very talented Houston team. I get they have had their problems but this team still has the talent to beat Tulane. This is their first conference game and it is a must win game to have a chance at winning the conference this year. Houston has a great record against Tulane in the past decade and tonight at home that should not change. This game was screaming for you to take the over and everyone in the world is taking it. I was tempted by it too but once I saw everyone taking it, I think it will now end up 27-17 Houston. Houston although hasn’t looked great has played some really good teams in Texas Tech and Kansas. Both are very respectable teams with great wins. Tulane on the other hand has looked great but it has been against no name schools and they got their “one big win a year” against KSU. A KSU team who at the tine hadn’t figured out their offense under Martinez. Tulane under Fritz has been terrible in away games and especially bad against conference opponents. This is the spot where Houston are in a do or die mode and win the fucking game. Last year Houston beat the shit out of Tulane in a short week situation too so why not again?
